눈물..

1. 터미널을 열고 다음 명령어를 실행하여 IntelliJ IDEA 설정 디렉토리로 이동

cd ~/Library/Application\\ Support/JetBrains/IdeaIC2023.1

2. 이 명령어를 실행한 후에는 plugins 디렉토리로 이동

cd plugins

3. DatabaseHelper와 DBN과 같은 중복된 플러그인 폴더를 찾아 삭제

rm -rf DatabaseHelper
or
rm -rf DBN

4. IntelliJ IDEA를 재시작
